Stan I've been reading the post before but it is not conclusive
Aperently the flaps have no feed back for their position other then the step motor so that is why it performs a sort of calibration when the ecu comes out of sleep

Now I have taken that motor out and then it goes from on side to the other with no noises or problems
The flap itself is just movebel with a finger so no resistance.

When I connect the motor to the flaps it works fine till the ecu aperently goes to sleep and wakes up.

Maybe it is the ecu that fails ? Could not find it in other posts
Regards
