Ride comfort with 20" 275 wintertyres on the L322?

Hi!

Looking at new tyres for my new L322. Have come across some wintertires (have to have them in Norway). 275/45 20.

How is the ride comfort on that width? How will the steering be? Is it hard on the car, like with wear and tear etc?

I run 275/55/20 cooper ltz's , ride is great, need to do a couple of mods, not much clearance in the front, otherwise ok. Don't worry too much about speedo being out, it's only by a midges ball hair !!

Offside rear arch liner needs a self tapper to pull it out a wee bit, I put a couple in near the bottom on the right hand side as you look at the wheel. On the bottom of the front air springs, there are plastic pins that I have snipped off, there was a post about that one not long ago, I'll go have a look, think it had pics.

Have been offered some very nice original 19 inch.

What is the correct size for tires? 255/55 19 or 255/50 ?

Will get the 20 inch on the summerwheels I think
