Hepl uploading photos to forum.

I cannot upload or attach any photos to my posts; keep getting a 'server error' message.
Apart from the obvious server error message does anyone have any suggestions what the problem might be?
I'm using the 'choose photos/upload' buttons.

Are you able to upload to your gallery? .

I'm on windows 8, still cant post photo using the new button method or from my gallery.
I've abandoned it now.
