You can remove the trim and polish the glass but whats the point Whistle even most enthusiasts don't know they difference and if you have privacy glass it blends in Whistle Now: BMW 640d M Sport, Alpine White
Gone: Range Rover 4.4 V8 Vogue, Zambezi Silver, Charcoal Oxford Leather

Yeah Andy what I was looking at were these eBay vinyl-ish solutions that make the pillars look more glossy, probably purchase that and stick one of those vinyls on the c-pillar and it'll give you close to that missing c-pillar look.
