2002 Range Rover Vogue 4.4 V8 Epsom Green
BRLV1 Interface

Hi All,

Does anyone have any experience with this interface?

I found one in the back of my Vogue Smile Was just laying there under the plastic tray in the rear left quarter!

Originally I found the instructions for this part in with the owners and servicing manuals, naturally I thought someone had pinched it!

Anyway upon googling, I see they are commonly used for interfacing playstations and the like.

What confuses me at this time, is the number of audio inputs and outputs, there is just one!? One input, plus one output, so no left and right RCA's.

I went in to maplin to have a look at the cabling options, I'd like to connect an MP3 player to the OEM system...after looking around I bought a 2 into 1 RCA converter, in the hope that the connections on the interface are in fact stereo, requiring only one connection.

Any info on this part, and its uses would be fantastic.

Matt

You only get mono audio output for the TV, that's why .

Thanks for the reply Joe!

I might keep hold of it for the time being then, although it'll be of limited use!

The maplin's geek did think I might have a stereo input? So using a 2 into 1 connector might get me 2 channel sound? Worth a punt at under a tenner Smile

Thanks again,
Matt
