Portugal 2007 Range Rover Vogue TDV8 Buckingham Blue

I think i've also been plagued, since wednesday, by the frozen screen issue.

I've tried the solution here but nothing happens.

I tried putting both cables end to end, so that they are touching each other and also with a connector to hold them ''looking at each other''. and nothing happened.
well... no entirely true...
When I put them together, i can hear a lot of noises coming from the systems on the back, like zzzzttttt, pppfffff, tttccchhhhh, but the screen remains frozen.

Plus, i only see light, on one of the cables, the one that goes into the module. the other (i think its the return cable) its dark.

So... Any ideas? advices?

Hi everyone,
I have a 2012 l322 sc and I have the same problem frozen screen with the land rover logo on it and blinking power button. I have checked the fuses and reset the battery but no Terminal touching each other or as called hard reset but still no use.
I've tried the optical cable shortening from the bluetooth module using the same principal of the video shown earlier but using the same socket for both ends..... check YouTube, but still nothing .....dead end as usual.
Plz need desperate help nothing is working out helpppppp plzzzzz Big Cry

Just as an addition, there is an input fibre optic and an output fibre optic in the plug, just worth noting which is which for when you come to reinstall the Bt module.note the directional arrows on the bottom of the connection plug. Thumbs Up

Scotland 2011 Range Rover Vogue SE TDV8 Fuji White

Humm, I am the same as VMPP above. Connected the 2 from the Bluetooth together and a lower down Ecu starts making noises, just as it does when I plug the 2 back into the BT unit, so can I assume that the BT unit is ok and passing the signal through? I have done power resets etc, so what can I try next?

Thanks folks.
