There is a small hole connecting the air con vent pipes running to the rear seats and the centre cubby box. So if you have the rear vents set to cold, it'll blow chilled air into the cubby box. It's just a trickle of air, but works well. V8 or else ...

Fridge???

The sports came with what could be a called a fridge on the cubby box, even white and all....

The FF, only has the option of the extra cooling pack which connects to the power source.

But....
If you activate the rear vent controls (bottom right button on the center console) and power the fans to at least 50%, with the air running cold, on a hot day you can really feel the cubby box getting very cold.
Same happens on winter, get it hot and you can warm up what's inside the cubby box

It works really well actually

OK - so it's not a real fridge - but it is perfect for getting a can of coke to the ideal drinking temperature
