That's what I do and it saves me over £100, or it did on my TDV8. That was Castrol Magnatec A1 which can be bought for £18/4Ltrs, so £36 for 2 4L cans. The main dealer used to charge £21 per litre when they supplied it.

| stenh02 Member Since: 30 Jan 2011 Location: Somewhere not warm Posts: 341      | Remember the 4.4TDV8 needs the low SAPS oil as it has a DPF (Shell usually) and is about £70-£80 even thru opie but should save a bit over dealer cost.
