Can you hear the pumps running when you push the wiper stalk forward?

the headlight washers will only work with the headlights on and something like every fifth squirt of the window wipers the headlights get a squirt.

I had a little time today so did a bit test work on rear wiper. The correct feeds and switched earths are as they should be, I was surprised to find the rear washer pump is switched from the rear wiper motor I can only presume the motor or ecu is the problem. |

I had no washer on the rear, but others were working. This is how I fixed mine:
