My understanding is that you can press the button when on the move and the EAS light will start flashing but it will only lower to access height when you stop. |

It should also work when stationary, but remember to keep all the doors closed until it's lowered itself - open a door and the system will freeze (safely measure I believe) 2007 Zermatt Silver TDV8 Vogue SE - now sold but was a great car! |

One word of caution - Unless it's changed with later models, you are only supposed to let the car drop to access mode when the vehicle is moving (albeit slowly) and not when the car is stationary.. Not sure why.... but thats what they say. It will only start to drop when the speed is below a certain figure but not sure what that is.

You can lower it when stationary as long as your foot is not on the brake as the front wheels will turn/rotate slightly as it lowers it can be in park but the front wheels must not be braked. Pretty sure iv'e got that the right way round. |
