Guy Salmon - Portsmouth

I bought my D4 here a couple of years ago and it's been brilliant. The only complaint I have is that during the last service they charged me for a litre of washer fluid when I had topped the fluid up before taking it down. (they commented that it's all included in the overall cost of the service and just listed individually on the receipt)

Anyway, I asked them this week to carry out a service on my FF. They quoted £390 which was £200 less than Harwoods in Basing-grad and they could collect/deliver or offer a car in with that price.

Got it back yesterday afternoon and my first run today is like being in a new car. Tighter, quieter, smoother..... fell in love again with it this morning..... Regards
Mark

I had both my FF's service there. They always did a good job and pleasant staff in the service and parts dept. I wish I could say the same for their sales dept though ! Current MY2020

You're not wrong there AMD... sterile bunch...
I made some noises about buying a Truck Cab before the run out and want to know if the commercial version can be classed as a van for the obvious tax reasons but still haven't managed to have a conversation with their 'defender expert'
I won't name the guy who I dealt with for the D4 but he's not doing them any favours...... Regards

I've never known a caring dealer all over priced in sales, repairs assistance they just smile more when they kick you in the slats with prices, a good independant will save people thousands over an ownership, paid 350 for a full service including a new valeo alternator and he was a main dealer mech for 20 yrs till he saw the light and opened his place near me. Thumbs Up _____________________________________________________
