Interesting snippet of information about the Evoque

I was told an interesting bit of info tonight about the Evoque from someone who works at JLR in Halewood.
It seems that there are roughly 500 Evoques sitting in the compound at Halewood, all with the same ZF gearbox solenoid problem in the upshift from 1st to 2nd gear, which apparently is not happening.

Just what I have heard!

Whatever the issues, it does seem that anyone who wants a new RRE, can get one! ... probably because of attractive finance packages.
