MP3 CD play problems

Hi folks and do any of you play MP3 cds in your sound systems.

I have a large number of MP3 CDs with anything up to 150 tracks but no matter what I do, the RR will play about the first 40 tracks, then moves the next CD.

Anyone one else having similar problems? 2007 TDV8 Lux

Mine plays mp3's fine but I must admit I create folders for each album so have not come across the 40 limit.

What happens if you create a different disc with separate folders for each album?

Hi Prop and I have tried just about every form of configuration and not one will allow me to play more than about 40 tracks in my RR.

Yet every MP3 CD I have made, played perfectly in my wife’s D4. 2007 TDV8 Lux

No idea why yours would be different, I just put mp3 tracks into album/folder structure. It loads the disc and you navigate through each folder/album and hit play on the album/folder you want to listen too and the contents of that album/folder play perfectly for me.

I have had both an early touchscreen car from 2004 and now a 2007 car both of which play these discs faultlessly.
