AutoTrader US has released this quite superb, in my view, advert featuring John Schneider and Tom Wopat...

This advert appeals to me on so many levels.

1. Huge fan of the original DofH.

2. It's great to see John and Tom (great friends in everyday life, as are all the original cast members) reunited like this.

3. '69 Dodge Charger. 'Nuff said there.

4. The ad uses TWO original DofH Chargers plus a few others.

5. It's nicely done. Just the right level of humour and no over-acting.

6. No CGI. All stunts are real-life. Si. <This is my name.

However, I could not help noticing the purposely hidden car's name and flag on the roof (but on one shot hey hey, see below)

The decorations were in fact digitally deleted or hidden by props such as pieces of glass etc.
