Hi all, have bought a refurb kit for my peeling 2010 smart key from Dan, would anyone be able to provide directions/instructions on how to replace the old damaged covers with the new ones supplied in the kit? Should've been old enough to know better...doh!

I have managed to figure the process out and it took about 15-20mins to swap the electronics, and metal parts over. The hardest piece was the emergency key release mechanism and that was because I was to tentative with it!

Anyway job done and a presentable key is the result  Should've been old enough to know better...doh!

What glue did you use to put the covers on?

No glue needed with the refurb kit, it just snaps together. Should've been old enough to know better...doh!
