The V6 diesel in my Merc is one of the best engines I've ever come across. Hoping this is as much fun Smile and at least as economical Rolling with laughter

The Mercedes does mid fifties on a run, but my average over the 3 years I've had it is 35. If I can get a 25 average out of the RR I'll be well chuffed

Nice car there, I always wanted that interior combo but kept buying light interiors for some reason.
Anyway enjoy. Very Happy

Well it took me a bit longer than expected to get back due to a fatality on the M11, best part of 3 1/2 hours. She drives great. Only issue was the tyre pressure monitor keeps lighting up so I guess I need to check those and the sat nav needs updating as its missing most of the A120 Laughing also took me about an hour to work out how to get voice on the satnav Rolling Eyes

Well, I've spent half the evening trying to work out why the DVD remote doesn't work only to realise that it was because I had the controls up on the front screen Laughing and the other half trying to get the ski bag back into its cubby hole Rolling Eyes

Everything seems to work as it should except for the tyre pressure sensor. I must admit I haven't actually checked the pressure as I've been at work all day and dont have a gauge. Seems strange though that they flicker on and off rather than staying on constant.

The other thing is I've found that the service book is a replacement, but the stamps go back to the first service and all at different dealers with different signatures. Does this mean it was likely lost right at the start?

The services order is

A at 11171
Oil Service at 26776
Inspection 1 at 42202
Oil service at 55845
Inspection 2 at 64912
Oil service at 73577
Inspection 1 at 81187

At least those are the boxes ticked, is this right. Also would the belts have been changed at any of these points?

Was offroading with a guy in a Disco4 a few weeks ago. His TPMS was going off all the time. He'd lowered the pressure for offroading. I'm surprised the car wouldn't know that. He had low range, raised the suspension and used the Terrain Response. I don't know what more could be done to tell the car it didn't need to be a motorway tyre pressures at that time. However, I was in my D1 and had NO TPMS issues. Mr. Green

Ignore my stupid question about belts, my next door neighbour asked about it which got me thinking. Just found out it doesn't have belts Rolling Eyes Laughing
