Lower strap

Was bored so made new lower strap, cut and drilled old ends out and braised a new steel rope in I had lying about bolted on with a new rubber over middle and bobs your uncle, no idea how long it'll last but I will order two when I get round to it honest, I love making and modding though Twisted Evil

have you checked the 'ends' for corrosion, mine were rotten and broke whilst i was standing on the tailgate,

Ends were ok the strap broke in the middle so drilled out easy and just cleaned up on bench grinder _____________________________________________________

Am going to check my 2 y.o. straps tomorrow. There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜
