Hi all, I have the flappy loose mirror problem that seem to haunt the L322, having read a lot of posts on the wonder web, I have come to the conclusion that the gearbox and gears are worn out / broken. How have I arrived at this I hear you ask, basically the O/S mirror does the Dumbo thing when folded ( in/out in/out ) and the N/S don't move, but the motor goes crazy. When I have had the misfortune to have a heavy handed passenger, the N/S mirror moves when the door is shut.

I can't afford to disable the car for more than half a day, as its a working vehicle. I'm looking for temporary fix so that I can rebuild the worn gearbox at leisure. | ||

, Because the mirror fits a Range Rover, they think of a number times it by 8 and add a zero on the end. They also do the same for BMW, however because Rover is a less popular choice the prices remain at a sensible level
