Just want to make sure all IIDTool owners know that they can help Rich out. Upgrade to the latest FW and standard diagnostic functions are VIN Lock fee.
I am a little far, unfortunately... Laughing

Maybe a list of people willing to read fault codes for others would be helpful, I have IID tool v3 for L322 2006-9 and would be willing to help someone out Thumbs Up

I have tried to update my IIDTool , updated the updater, but it says I still have v 2.18.05 and there are no updates available - not sure how I can help Rich without the update.

In a post earlier this thread Steve had suggested that all IDtool users can read all same model codes with the latest firmware.
Having read the threads at the top of the technical section, as suggested by Stan, this functionality becomes available with v2.19.

I only have v2.18, the GAP website is not at all clear about what is the current version - but there is only an L322 manual for v2.18, not v2.19 - my guess is that v2.19 is not yet available. At least, all my efforts and many re-boots do not show me any version higher than the v2.18 I already had.

I have spent hours, literally, trying to do something to help someone out and I am very frustrated with my wasted Sunday eve.
