Is this device standard if you have a full-sized spare?

I saw this in the Owners' Manual:

It says it is not standard equipment in all markets.

So my questions are:
* Is this fitted to a UK spec car with a full size spare? (i.e. mine)
* Where is it? (I presume in the wheel well)
* What does it look like? (I want to check I have it)
* What does it cost? (if I don't have it)

It is OK your Omnimpetent, the man from LR assist will know how to do it. Razz letters not necessarily in the right order

I was rather thinking I'd get my loader to change it for me.

It was standard with my full size spare. Actually needed it...blew up my tyre once.
If you have it it should be in the wheel well packed in a black pouch if I remember correctly.
Without it, you're going to have the time of your life Big Cry trust me. Basically you have to kneel on the lower gate to get the spare one out and if you have 22" you're Censored

Much like a later model 322 then (since they removed the straps)

On the 4.2 I have had two flats in Nigeria and on the first I didn't realize the tailgate was to be used as part of the removal procedure. Once you know that trick it becomes easy peasy (I used it a few times after that and it makes life soooooo much easier).

I haven't even looked in the back of the 2010 whether there is any sort of strap there. I mean I know I can get it out and all that by standing/kneeling in the back but don't look forward to trying it.

Should be standard I would say on any FFRR. I would insist on the dealer to get his act sorted and get you one your Greatness and otherwise just obliterate the minion Twisted Evil MY 2010 5.0 SC Galway green and sand interior!!

Plug the bracket into the "lock" opening of the lower tailgate and lower the lower tailgate. The straps tighten and the tyre pops up Wink

No doubt Stan comes around in the next half hour with the PDF of the page from the manual Smile Smile Smile MY 2010 5.0 SC Galway green and sand interior!!
