Tank size

Does anyone know the fuel tank size (mine is Td6) ?

I read it's 100 litres, but I just got 102.82 litres in it! Shocked

Also thought I had read it was 100 litres, most I have put in was 94litres and the needle had not moved on the gauge at all when I started the engine on the way to the petrol station.

Maybe diesel is a bit bigger.

I always drain mine, then fill it right up.
Takes a fair amount of time though, I get funny looks from car drivers queueing behind me. Laughing

That's odd Scarey. 26 gallons (1 gallon being 4.54 litres) is 118 litres... Confused

Yes, that's US gallons Scarey. Thumbs Up
Thanks for looking it up.

So if that's 100 litres in the tank and a bit in the filler tube... I must have been rather empty to get 102.82 litres in then. Shocked

Let's hope not... most of my vehicles fill up in that garage. Big Cry

I did run it until the range went to 3 miles... then drove 5 miles to the garage.

I got just over 700 miles on that tank. Thumbs Up
