Depends completely on the setup of the LEDs. Done properly there will be no issues but I recently towed a car transporter which had LED tail-lights but no current limiting resistor hence they went haywire when indicating.

Hi, it all depends on the trailer wiring on the Range Rover, as far as I'm aware the only factory fit wiring that will cope with leds is the 13 pin plug option, which I have and can confirm works well. If your caravan makes the indicators go into meltdown mode don't worry, it should be an easy fix. If you look on ebay there are thousands of ballast resisters to cure this problem. If you search for "ballast resister led" you should be ok, they start at £2.25ea and go up from there. Once you have them all you do is wire them between the indicator wire and earth on the caravan, and all will slow down again |
