Missing FuelGuard reset tool

Does anyone know where I can get a fuel guard reset tool from? I can see the yellow flag down the filler neck and have moved it out of the way a couple of times with a long implement, but it doesn't last. I don't have the reset tool but would like to find one. Can't even find one on Fleabay. Any ideas please?

Erm, sorry I can't answer your question and don't want to hijack your thread but it has raised further questions for me.

What is fuelguard tool? should my my03 TD6 Vogue have one? where would I find the tool?

If my memory serves me correctly, the reset tool was about £2 plus the VAT.
