Evening all. Removed the piece of trip in the front roof console (lights, sunroof switch, airbag off light, microphone) as I was having issues with people not being able to hear me properly with my bluetooth. Removed the piece of trim with the microphone and the 'Airbag off' indicator light. My problem is that I think I have lost the cable / connector to the airbag light and now I have the 'Airbag warning light on the dash'. I can see 2 unplugged cables, one I assume is the old Auto Steps cable and not sure about the other. On the back of the 'Airbag off light' there are 2 little prongs but I cannot see what / where this would be connected to.

Sorry to be a pest to everyone, I don't suppose someone with a 2010+ could just pull this panel and show me what the back of theirs looks like please. Thank you in advance. I think I may have lost something on the back of the airbag off light connection....

Cheers Stan. It is the cable for the 'Passenger Airbag off' that I have knocked off (and it is not working) but I cannot see which of the 2 cables connect to it and how. The back of the 'Passenger Airbag off' light has 2 prongs on the back but no way of connecting either the purple (3 female connectors) or black (2 female connectors) to it. I am assuming that there should be a connector or something on the back of the silver 'pass airbag off' light which can be seen in the pic.

Just need to know if I have lost a bit or if one of the cables should fit onto the 2 prongs.

Not sure if the 09 roof 'pass airbag light' is the same as the 2010.

Cheers Stan, yep the earlier cars (as seen on the Wiki) has the interior lights and other things on the same panel, the 2010+ are all separate. Pants. Really appreciate you looking. Have you tried if the two loose plugs fit together ?? MY 2010 5.0 SC Galway green and sand interior!!
Have the Faultmate MSV2 Extreme to be tinkering with the settings etc. !!

I think I have lost a connector off the back of the pass airbag light that the black connector plugs into. I've pm'd Craig and hopefully he will post a quick pick for me. Not going to make it to the dealers to peek behind one of theirs thanks to gardening hell....

I'm going to clean the I side of the RR later so will dig around for a dropped could next or on the floor until I can see a pic.

I've just been out and had a look at mine and it does look as though you have lost an adapter. It's hard to see on your pic but the 2 wires that protrude from the air bag lamp should go into a black oblong ' sleeve ' and then the black connector on the cables fits into that. As I say it's hard to tell from your pic but is it not all still on the end of the cables and just been pulled of the the 2 hard wires on the air bag lamp .
