How to remove 2010 TV tuner

Is anyone able to assist me on how to remove a TV tuner from a 2010 vogue please?

Thanks Stan, I took recognise the importance of using the search 🔍 option however, the majority of them if not all of them relate to cars that are pre 2010 which I believe are a bit different? Hoping you can advise better please
