Where's the Transferbox ECU?

In an attempt to solve my transmission problems, I'm replacing the automatic transmission ECU and thought about the transferbox one. However, I can't find the Censored

Where is it??? Tym

If it sticks, force it. If it breaks, it needs replacing anyway.

Thank Censored for that!

Glynn, you had me worried there!

Thanks Joe - I know where the next job is going to be if the transmission ECU doesn't solve it. Tym

On the TD6 the starter inhibitor switch is in the sump, on top of the gearbox on the V8 (below the air intake plenum chamber).

Actually worth checking this is OK too .

I'll add it to the list!

I don't have a problem starting it, except when it thinks the battery is low, but it isn't ...

Very occasionally I'll try to start it and it feels like a flat battery - not enough juice to turn the starter. I turn off, wait, turn back on and it starts... Tym
