tv connectors

does anyone know how to the get the green and brown connectors of an analogue unit, i need to get them to stick a digital version off but dont want to wreck them..... other two connectors came off easy

Theres a little tab on one side give it a firm press in but a good thing to do is push connector all the way in first then press them in and pull
