didnt TG do an eco test from somewhere to blackpool [switch lights on] and JC had a jag i think which returned great mpg compared to hammonds blue motion golf.. ... - .- -.

The Polo had far better fuel consumption, but had a much smaller tank.

I often get better than "official" mileage with my ffrr. You certainly don't hear that from hybrid owners. |

I also remember an episode of TG where they drove a BMW around the TG Test Track at motorway speeds and followed with a Toyota Prius. The mpg figures they got from the test showed that the Prius was using quite a bit more fuel than the BMW. Just goes to show that so called 'eco-boxes' are a waste of money and resources, and should be taxed at the same level as our big 'gas guzzlers'! |
