Have recently taken the side tubes of mine, for appearance purposes, as I was never really that keen on them, bit to blingy!

So I now have a set of stainless tubes in the garage....... I might powder coat them in black and put them back on!

Has anyone done this / got a pic of what they will look like, a bit like rock sliders I think....... There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜

Didn't think you could paint over the chrome as nothing would adhere to it maybe I'm wrong  Present :2008 TDV8 HSE

They aren't chrome Conor, they are polished stainless as far as I can tell. There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜

I think they will look much better in black on a black FFRR as in they will blend in like Stan said. Great idea . MY 2010 5.0 SC Galway green and sand interior!!
Have the Faultmate MSV2 Extreme to be tinkering with the settings etc. !!

had them on my G4 as they came with them when LR sold the car to the public - I recently took them off as they were not event specs (and battered...), however I can confirm they have been used and save the sills. obviously they do limit ground clearance being lower than the sills. l=Oo\________/oO=l l:OolΞΞΞΞΞΞΞloO:l
