Requires light to be split and it looks like you have melted the insert a bit so may not go back right. Best to try and get a second hand on, edit were rear lights not front.......

Mine did that after I had it, replaced under warranty! There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜

Yep looks like the insert the plastic ring piece has melted. It is replaceable but as Monkey says best bit would be to source a second had unit . Craig May have one Present :2008 TDV8 HSE

Had a better look today and as suggested the 'plastic ring has been melted badly by the bulb

So guess my options are

Buy a new ring and get the lamp unsealed ,refit new ring..cheaper?

Buy a new lamp and swap out the old one ..quicker?

Buy a new set of lamps and get the 'Halos' fitted at the same time..?..( need to find someone close to me in Kent to carry out this work as I'm pants at electrics)

Thoughts please,
