In a perfect world I would not use the the Land Airs, I'd have gone for a BF Goodrich or even better, but I wasn't paying the bills, so I was limited in the tires available. For the cost they preform very well, and much better than the Runway Enduros that were on the car when it was brought. They are Censored lethal in the wet! Yesterday I couldn't spell Engineer... And Gaz is still not closer to resolving the issue. Now I would not worry about the speedo being off a bit, that you can compensate for in your mind, just keep the speed a bit higher/lower whatever applies.

Rubbing tyres however is a different matter, so I would go for the tyres that (on paper) have the lowest risk of rubbing. And if that means the wheel arch liner or other plastic bit needs to be moved a bit, that shouldn't be too hard ?? Rubbing on the fender edges (metal !!) is another matter. MY 2010 5.0 SC Galway green and sand interior!!

Just got back from having a set of LTZ fitted , damn they look good Cool
I just wasn't going to get a set of tyres at anything like rest of the world prices and I didn't want to ru the risk of fitting the Grabber UHP's because they are too road biased for WA and are apparently noisy although I have heard that is because they need to be run at much higher pressure than people expect .
So LTZ's , what are they like ? well very little extra noise considering the semi aggressive pattern and not quite as positive on just off centre steering , this is compared to Pirelli Scorpions .
So now lets see how well they last .
Oh forgot I went with 275/45/20's . 2008 MY Supercharged

Axle, DONT move them around to different positions i.e. servicing time swapping back to front etc... As that is when they will get quite a lot noisier sir... Whistle

Best to discreetly mark the wheels so you can be sure where they fit Thumbs Up

Sorry to go a tad Off Topic but included for anyone researching this in the future... Thumbs Up
