Interior Rattle

Had a small rattle from interior but couldn't identify where it was coming from. Got a bit worse now and think it is the wood door veneer on the passenger side. Assumed it was just a push fit but it doesn't want to budge. Before I break anything, wouldn't be the first time, can anyone confirm how they come off. All ok found clip on You Tube, just pull door handle and slide towards handle and it pops out. My first three prongs are broke hence the rattle. Tried a bit of double sided tape, will see if it holds. 2009 Range Rover Vogue 3.6TDV8, Bournville, Parchment/Navy
