2007 Head Unit upgrade

HI Folks,

Not sure if this has been asked (or done) before but is it possible to upgrade the touchscreen head unit of a 2007 Vogue to the later (2009..?) unit.. I believe they are both MOST based systems..?

just wondering that's all. The later ones look like they have much better software and nicer interface. Also looks easier to integrate iPhones etc.

The answer (unless you're extremely talented) is basically no. It's different communication standards on the CAN, 29 or 11 bit depending on model year.
