Removal of centre air vent

Hi guys, the roller control for my drivers side centre air vent is jammed and wont roll any more. I presume if I get the centre air vent assembley out of the dash I can get at the offending roller assebly and find out why its jammed.

I'm sure its easy.

Anyone know how to get it out?
