Well that's it for one store I wont be ordering from again. Wifes boots where ordered back end of November, after a few emails reply's saying been dispatched, I rang last Friday to be told you'll definitely get them by Monday....well after I came home from work today ( Tuesday) NOTHING.

Rang up again to be told they where still in the ware house and they couldn't find them....DISPATCHED my as

B y disgrace in this day of age where communication is so simple, if other companies like Amazon, Tesco, Currys etc can do it this one can, their not a small back street shop either.

I wont be buying from them again......RANT over  If it dont work.......burn it!

They let me order an a 3 piece ensemble for the wife they said it was delayed but going to be delivered by 17th then canceled one item completely and put another on back order having said it was available then wanted to know why I wanted to cancel the order, said I couldn't cancel the one now useless bit as it was 'in process' So I have now got to spend time and effort taking it back.
still a good rant at customer services got me a £5 voucher  Mine was a blue one!

No its not M&S, its a well known horse store that's sells boots etc, not mentioning yet as its not fair and waiting there response, if any.

Well just checked if this store had taken any payment off my card.....yes AND they have the cheek to say dispatched when they clearly had not, uk company, payment taken from Luxemburg
