it was all about taking the wrong road and ending up in a marsh field or rocky terrain and showing how they struggled , so yes it was crap..

Surely the head bummers at the Beeb must now realise the Top Gear format has had it's day, as has been said before the whole thing is so predictable and boring, if this programme is to survive then a radical re think is urgently required The forums premier drug dealer and human trafficking consultant

I stopped watching that dross a while ago. I think the egos have overtaken the content. The only credible person is James May as he doesn't take himself too seriously.

Now this may be a slightly unpopular view, but I watched both of them and although they were quite predictable I do think that if nothing else they highlighted the absolutely stunning landscapes, shame about the end and Argentinian attitude but I had always wondered on the size of the support team out with them. Which could be seen to be enormous 30plus folks with discos, hilux and what looked like a Paris dammar support truck in miniature, no wonder they can "fixture cars themselves" they have a mobile workshop and spares wagon! There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜

when they dis-embarked the car ferry you could see an abundance of camper vans still on it , so it seems they sleep comfortably..... ... - .- -.

^ But why do they continually take piles of Sh*t on these jollys could threy not have taken for example a new Rangie a Jeep Grand Cherokee and at the other end perhaps a Kia Sorento just to see how they shape up over a grueling 1600 mile offroad trip ...they could still have all their inane silliness but at least we would have some interesting and worthwhile information on the vehicles The forums premier drug dealer and human trafficking consultant

That would make for much better viewing, get 3 popular 4x4's and put them to a real test ie trek across sahara, through a jungle etc. I watched both episodes and although midly amusing it was very predictable and pointless. It's quite a tired format that needs an overhaul. |
