Switzerland 2007 Range Rover Vogue TDV8 Stornoway Grey
I'm a human Range Rover

So I notice when driving in the very icy and quite deep snow that the Range Rover on Vreds copes very well, and you really notice the other cars (the odd Subaru excepted) struggling a bit at times.

And when I get out of the car, you see people struggling a bit with the slidy-ness. It's downright undignified to fall, and you can't get out of something as majestic as a Range Rover and then fall on your ar$e can you?

So I have these to maintain my dignity. I'm sure footed and stable while those around are taking snow enema's.

Been there done that !! I drove up a solid frozen track in North Wales in the Defender all smug got out to make a brew with the crane crew who had all walked up and then fell flat on my face. Ohh how they all laughed, Ohh how they keep reminding me everytime its cold. If everything is under control you are not going fast enough.

They're Artik T05's. Just done a quick search and can't find 'em for sale. They are a few years old.

The only problem with them is the spikes are hard to deploy when there is snow in the grooves of the sole.
