Well, after owning the 3.6 TDV8 for 2 weeks or so now, i can report mpg returns of around 28. This is based on a couple of business trips, visiting clients around various local cities, Nottingham, derby and leicester so not all motorway and plenty of city traffic and delays.

Compared to the SC one i had before... put the old 'wobbly box' behind and i was lucky to get 7 or 8!!

Yet to tow with it as the towbar is questionable for towing a twin axle caravan, its not a OEM. but i'm having that sorted in the next week or so.

Will report back with accurate figures when i have them.

Any body got mpg figures when towing?? Not really concerned, but being a transport man, just curious...

blimey, that's good going pal - you sure you haven't missed the decimal point out?

No doubt there are loads of posts about mpg, but as everyone says we haven't bought these cars because you can get 80mpg out of them!

I need to read up how to reset the counter on mine and then I'll get a fresh reading from the next fill up.
