Like you wouldnt believe Crying or Very sad Especially my eldest as he is smart and very aware of what goes on.

Time has certainly made a difference and sometimes it is me who is the weak one and they provide my strength.

Had my birthday this weekend and they made a cake and sung happy birthday etc. and it hurts as i dont get to see them everyday. I never wanted to be a part time weekend dad but have to make do. Ultimately it want my decision Evil or Very Mad

Sorry to hear Adam. I went through one myself 7 years ago but can honestly say that apart from the first couple of weeks the last 7 years have been the best of my life so far. I honestly don't think were meant to mate for life. Just try not to get bitter, women are far better at that anyway....
