United Kingdom 2016 Range Rover Autobiography SDV8 Mariana Black

I'll probably keep mine new one (2010) for 4 years or so or until I can afford to upgrade to a newer one.

I'm not wealthy enough to buy new (or want to suffer the depreciation) so will always bee looking at say 4 year old to purchase. Ash

United Kingdom 2005 Range Rover Vogue Td6 Cairns Blue

Had it 4 years in May ( it's a 2005) Constant issues getting me down but as it's not doing the school run anymore so only a few thousand miles a year, probably about 18 months more.

The BUT is what do you replace a FF with? Mine was a blue one! Smile

Great topic. Had mine for 5 years, would change tomorrow if I could but 2 young kids changes the priorities somewhat, but it's like the Forth rail bridge for bloody maintenance

Although tempted to keep it and save for a Maserati QP though...

Newer FF for me also, but then I keep thinking of this, and it doesn't make sense to have both.

I'll keep mine until it falls apart or until I can afford a newer one. Smile Travelling around in circles again.

Have been toying with the idea of selling mine,....reason being my horse doesn't travel too well in a trailer, being an ex racer she is used to lorries which in all fairness are much more stable. She will load fine but gets very het up and hot. (And not my driving either, my yardowner has towed her in her car and she is the same) Crying or Very sad

I am currently weighing up options, do i just rent a horsebox when I need it but that cost can soon mount up or do I sell the RR to buy a horsebox and a cheaper estate car Big Cry 2011 4.4 TDV8 Autobiography

New Zealand 2010 Range Rover Autobiography 5.0 SC V8 Galway Green

I am hoping I can keep this one for a very long time and turn it into a classic. Sofar it seems to be extremely reliable (well it is only used once a week by the keepers of it, till I move it to our next location) and if it remains so (I'm planning to keep it well maintained and in good shape) then it would most certainly be a very long term car for me.

Upgrading to a newer one, not for a very long time I hope, maybe a second hand version of the 5th gen if that is a nice design Smile.

Depending on where we go next, I'm even considering keeping the 4.2 SC that doesn't seem to sell in Nigeria. If one of my potential jobs is in a place where it is easy to get it in (UAE for example) I plan to ship both of them there and use the 4.2 as a "dune basher" and the 5.0 as the daily driver Smile. Anyway, lets see how things pan out, too many options at the moment.

Since New Zealand is the most likely place where we are going to retire in the end, the 5.0 would be a perfect car to take there as a classic Smile MY 2010 5.0 SC Galway green and sand interior!!
Have the Faultmate MSV2 Extreme to be tinkering with the settings etc. !!

Laughing Not the expense thats a concern. But my horse is demanding different mode of transport, obviously doesn't appreciate the RR as much as I do! Smile Rolling Eyes 2011 4.4 TDV8 Autobiography
