My big worry is that South Africa could potentially go the same way if you listen to the latest speech by Zuma and the Malema calls for "nationalization". It is quite scary how quickly countries can descend into chaos/misery in this day and age.
I hope he croaks quickly although I'm afraid that it won't matter much as the ones in power will just continue business as usual until a civil war breaks out that could spill over into the rest of the region.
Which brings me to BRICS, that is falling apart quite quickly, Brazil is struggling (drought, deforestation, oil price and massive corruption), Russia (hyperinflation, oil price, virtual civil war, sanctions and massive mismanagement), South Africa not doing to great either. Only India and China seem to be doing OK, especially if the Chinese can sort out their corruption and polution problems.
Unfortunately, I agree.
