remote locking problem

Just wondering if someone can help me with my remote locking, the little light comes on when you push the button, when the car immobilises itself the supper lock (unlock button) works fine because after one push i can start the car so that bit works, i have tried to sequence in the manual to reconnect but i cant seem to get that to work the instructions are a bit hard to understand, i have a iid tool but not sure how i can test it with this, all help much appreciated
