Just talking to my chap and it's been sold to Listers, both Land Rover and Jaguar on the Shirley Road. Looks like I'll be finding a new "Friendly" then. Past encounters with Listers were not good, in fact bad enough for me to actively avoid a repeat of the experience.

Wonder if your bad experiences were just with 1 or 2 Listers dealerships - I have used Listers in Hereford for the last couple of years, and their service has been excellent. 2006 (56 Reg) 4.4 V8 Vogue In Bonatti Grey (Gorgeous!!)

Recent experience at Listers Droitwich has been good, whereas I have had a previously bad experience at Stratstone in Solihull. I am beginning to think that they are all as bad as each other and it depends what day of the week it is as to what customer service level you receive.

I had a decent experience at listers Solihull but had a horrific experience at stratstone Solihull so bad that the car was returned to them.
It was so bad we won't go to another stratstone garage which is a shame as they have a few nice cars we have seen as we are still shopping for our car.
