Hi all,

Just wondering what the smallest wheels are that will fit on the 4.4TDV8.

As we travel with caravan a lot we are planning a trip to Norway this year and would need winter tyres on the car.
Also I'd prefer to have a 3rd set of wheels with proper mud tyres for a little fun off road now and again.

Would Disco 3 wheels fit? Older TD6 wheels?

I had the big brakes so only the last 19" wheels would fit allegedly.

Verdestein do 20" winter tyres (Wintrac Extreme) so you can run bigger.

It s only off road tyres where on struggles with 20".

In the D3/4 forum there are usually a lot of 19" HSE wheels available but you think these will have issues?

What year is yours? I think MY11 on, those don't fit over the brakes. At least that was what I was told on here.

Haven't got the car yet but the ones we are looking at are 2011-2012 models.

They're the 4.4 TDV8 with the 8 speed box. I believe the ones we are looking at are the MY11 onwards.

Would the D3 HSE (large 6 spokes) fit onto a MY11 onwards?
I'd be using them for offroad.
