Does anyone know where I can find these in the UK?
I'm after the griots pads rather than the mitts or something similar.

Halfords do "something similar", wiith microfibre on one side, then a sort of mesh type material on the other (good for shifting bug spatter) - I have one of them. What's better about these Griot's ones?

I use the Halfords one, though I appreciate that wasn't your question.

Tks guys, yeah tried the bay of fleas havent found any yet. & none of detail company's list them.
I've got a Halfords one with mesh on 1 side but don't like it. Currently only use it on bottom half & don't mind ithem for the door jambs but not on panels.
Use an Adams wool one that's great, I use for the top half only when washing, wanted to try one of these if I could find some for doing the bottom half.
Prefer these type as u can do a panel, flip over & do another then rinse out rather than rinsing after every panel.
Mines black so it's a PITA to keep scratch free.
