2009 Range Rover Westminster TDV8 Stornoway Grey

Anyone know what this is for? (SGS trolley jack part)

Just received SGS 3 ton trolley jack and this was loose in the box - anyone know what it's for? Manual is no help.

It looks to be the bolt for keeping the handle attached to the jack. Current: 16 my2016 Range Rover l405 4.4 sdv8 Aruba gold & 11 MY2011 RANGE ROVER L322 4.4 TDV8 ZERMATT SILVER
