Suspension playing up

Hi guys, I drove my car today and it swung heavily to the left.thinking it was a flat tyre I pulled into a garage. I noticed that the front left side of the car had dropped. I drove home and just checked the car outside and it seems that the front of the car both sides has dropped. Giving the appearance of it nosediving. I'm not sure what I should do or how I can test if the suspension has gone . Any ideas or tips to solve this issue would be greatly appreciated .regards tony
