High level stop light only half working when breaking.

my high level stop strip light only half lights up when braking.cant seem to find a way into the fitting to check the circuit /lamp.
any help/advice wil be apreciated on accessiing the fitting.

thanks for the info on my high level stoplight.since joining the forum i have now completed two jobs on my RR the other job with the members help was to now install a second battery in the rear fuseboard area .
