GEAR SELECTOR SURROUND.

Advice please
The gear selector feels "notchy"
I have climbed underneath and lubricated the cable and swivel. How do you remove the gear lever surround to get at the top so I can lubricate the selector?

It's a TD6

IIRC give it a squeeze on the sides and it should just pull off the clips/surround. Press fit to put it back on. .
