did this a couple of years ago in Td6 .
I planned the journey from Calais because my wife is not a good sailor, so we went through the tunnel.
First stop Biaritz, then through Picos to Potes.
From Potes down through Duoro valley to Porto.
Porto to Lisbon, Lisbon to Faro.
Return journey through Spain. Faro to Seville, Seville to Barcelona, through Pyrenenes to France.
Brilliant holiday. car brilliant. toll roads a bit expensive.
